Shelby Jones serves as Project Controller for Taylor Builders. Based in our Truckee, CA office she is responsible for accounts payable, contract administration and general business accounting and reporting to support Taylor Builders projects.

Shelby was born and raised in rural Northern Nevada and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration.

Shelby prides herself on an excellent work ethic and willingness to accept any and all challenges assigned to her. She enjoys working with the community and helping people wherever she can, including her work for the Reno Aces baseball team providing refreshments to fans. In Shelby’s free time you can catch her traveling to new places and exploring the outdoors with her adopted Dachshund, Lue.
