Leilani Howell
Leilani Howell serves as Asset Management Associate, where she works closely with the asset management team to support the full project lifecycle, with a focus on asset performance, financial oversight, and long-term project execution. Leilani brings a strong foundation in project accounting to the asset management team, allowing her to connect financial detail with broader project and portfolio objectives. She is a strong communicator with a broad set of responsibilities spanning project acquisition through closeout.
Leilani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in History from California State University, Sacramento. In May 2026, she earned her master’s in business administration from William Jessup University. She is currently participating in the 2026 North State Building Industry BUILD Program focused on emerging leader development within the building industry.
Leilani brings a strong client focus, reliability, and a background in customer service to her role. When she’s off the clock, you’ll often find her enjoying a concert at the Golden 1 Center, checking out local events, or treasure hunting at vintage flea markets around town.
