Rebecca is the Director of Accounting for Domeyko Taylor Holding Company, our parent organization. She has twenty years of experience in accounting and finance including municipal finance, user fee and development impact fee program administration, special district administration, grant reporting and redevelopment agency financial reporting. She previously worked as a financial analyst at the cities of Roseville and Rancho Cordova, specializing in fee program administration, and formed and administered community facilities districts, assessment and municipal services districts.
She has substantial experience in public and private accounting including citywide budget development, general accounting, audit and financial reporting. She is experienced in the formation and administration of Mello Roos Community Facilities bond districts, 1915 Act bond districts, and 1972 Act Landscaping & Lighting Districts.
Rebecca has worked on a wide variety of financings including general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, special tax and refunding bonds. Her work has included technical and analytical work in the areas of accounting, investments and debt financing.
Rebecca holds a BS in Business Administration (Accountancy) from California State University Sacramento. She lives in Lincoln, CA.
